Shipping Policy

Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Every order is shipped with tracking.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Shipping costs: shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes: any import duties or taxes that apply in your country are shown at checkout when possible. Otherwise, they may be collected by your local carrier on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages: if your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at contact@mercilenco.com and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
